In line with the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 and the directives for applying green building specifications on all buildings in the Dubai Emirate, the Government of Dubai has developed Green Building Regulations and Specifications to be applied to all buildings in the Emirate of Dubai.

Copies of these regulations were provided to EmiratesGBC by Dubai Municipality in January 2011. Members are welcome to visit the Emirates Green Building Council to view an in-house hard copy. To obtain your own copy of the Dubai Green Building Regulations and Specifications, you may download a copy from the below link or contact Dubai Municipality or Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. Users are always advised to check with Dubai Municipality to ensure the regulations referred to are the most current versions.
